An Original Pastel on Pastel Card
We traveled to Ensenada, Mexico a few years back and luckily, we found a beautiful place to stay. Our Airbnb hosts were Lourdes and Juan Carlos Acosta Ramirez. They have an amazing home overlooking the sea above the main road into town.
Lourdes is a fantastic cook and she makes a Mexican breakfast for her guests every morning. My favorite - Huevos Divorciados. In English, Divorced Eggs. Two eggs on a tortilla with beans; a red sauce on one egg and green on the other. Delicious!
The last time we saw Lourdes and JC, in May 2017, Lourdes set these pretty flowers in our room. I loved my photo of them, and think the pastel came out rather nicely.
